Ordering

Please take time and explore our galleries! We have many designs for you to choose from in a variety of categories and are regularly adding new designs to our collection.
If you have something special in mind but can’t find it in our online gallery, please send us an email or complete a custom request. We can also print your own photographs or designs (see below for additional details).

No account needed to place orders. Simply add items to your shopping cart and checkout.

All orders are custom printed especially for you so please review orders carefully to make sure design choice and options are correct. Also ensure your shipping address is correct. Contact us at sales@backdropscanada.ca with any changes.

Once your payment is submitted and cleared, your order will be submitted for printing. Our current print time is 2 to 4 business days! *During the holiday season please allow 6 to 8 business days.

We are happy to make a design from your own photographs or designs. Keep in mind, the photograph or design must be high resolution and you MUST have explicit rights to use the photograph or design.

You can place a CUSTOM ORDER ONLINE or email us directly to discuss your order. Please provide the following information when corresponding via email:

• Your name & telephone number, just in case we have any questions
• Your PayPal email address
• Your full shipping address (we do not ship to PO Boxes)
• Your High Resolution Image emailed to sales@backdropscanada.ca or uploaded to DropBox (A free service)

You may also complete a Custom Request online if the size and/or material you are interested in is not displayed. We make every effort to fulfill custom requests and will work with you to provide a solution.
